Finally, year 2021 has passed with mild and low covid19 cases now we are left with images of the global chipset shortage, delayed smartphone shipments and missed flagship announcements. However, there is also good news in the form of leaks and rumours of upcoming handsets that spike to a much more exciting 2022, and more specifically the first quarter of the year 2022

Most of the top brands have flagship devices in the production leaks and renders till date suggest some design changes and improved performances quality. We have heard of a totally revamped rear camera set-up to under-the-screen selfie cams and rounded or flat edges as part of these innovations.

Year 2022 is expected to be loss recovery year for the mobile industry and to keep the smartphone launch momentum going and Qualcomm's recently announced Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 SoCs is one of the best things to hear, will play a big part in all latest flagship handsets and smart devices. We are awaiting for some fresh new designs from OnePlus, xiaomi. Rumours about an iPhone model with a hole-punch camera from Apple, and an interesting foldable phone from Oppo, to name a few. While there are plenty of rumours already flying around on different websites and twitters, here are some of the upcoming phones we're particularly excited about.

 

The Samsung Galaxy S22 series could land soon anytime probably by end of January or February 2022 launch date looking highly likely soon, and the leaks and rumours have been coming in fast for all three devices in the line.

These will be the descendant of 2021's Samsung Galaxy S21, Galaxy S21 Plus and Galaxy S21 Ultra, but we might also see Samsung Galaxy Note 21 to be announced soon, as 2021's late-year flagship actually cancelled, much to the annoyance of Samsung fans.

The OnePlus 10 5G and OnePlus 10 Pro is the next big smartphone we're waiting to see from the company now that the OnePlus 9T has been confirmed not to exist.

This upcoming OnePlus 10 5G and OnePlus 10 Pro smartphone will likely to be available with a Pro kin in the first half of 2022 as part of the early year wave of top-end smartphones, with the Latest Samsung Galaxy S22, Xiaomi Mi 12 and Oppo Find X4 expected to be close concurrent and rivals.

As the company OnePlus operates in an annual cycle format, it gives reason we could see the OnePlus 10 launch in the same window in 2022 sometime.

As we may have a surprisingly clear picture of the new expected Apple iPhone 14 range and images it might take a turn or change. however this far from launch we’d be extra sceptical, as there’s plenty of time for things to change till September.

You may be thinking like we did, why would you launch a fan edition smartphone of a flagship that came a year back? That's exactly what the Samsung Galaxy S21 FE appears to be. Just so we get this right, the original Galaxy S21 range arrived in early 2021 and was rather well performed

Though the company had accidentally or intentionally leaked images and some specification. The Samsung s21 FE leak we spotted was on Slashleaks twitter account and shows all the colors of the phone. There are different colours including matte green variant along with a BTS-Style purple, a Note 10 Lite-red and the usual blue. We can expect Samsung to add the mystic tag in front of these colors.

After the success of the iPhone SE 2020 model, we are quite certain that a successor is in pipeline. What we have no idea about is when this is likely to get launch. Rumours are that it could arrive in the first quarter of 2022. As per the trend now Apple has started to organise two major events each year.

There are very high chances, When it eventually announced, the iPhone SE 3 probably called with different name, and it's likely to follow the iPhone SE (2020)'s naming convention with the year of release in the title.

There are already multiple leaks around a Google Pixel 6a, which is good news for people in India and Asian countries, given that Google's last device launched here some time ago. So far there’s no particular news or date on when the Google Pixel 6a might be announced or released, but the Google Pixel 5a was unveiled in August 2021, so there might be a time to wait, especially as the Pixel 4a similarly was launched in August 2020.
