On a virtual event on June 24, Microsoft will launch Windows' 'next-generation.' Build 2021 was the start of a major Windows update, which will give developers and creators economic opportunities.
Satya Nadella was CEO of Build 2021. Microsoft will probably explain all of the features that come to this Windows later this month for the next generation update.
Past reports say this major update was internally codenamed "Project Sun Valley." A UI review and a brand new Windows app store is expected to be completed.
The Redmond, a U.S. technology giant, has announced a new event on its website at 11 am EAT on 24 June (8.30pm IST). Microsoft has also posted a tweet via the Windows
Twitter handle to emphasise the event's "next to Windows." Another image attached to the event suggests that the Windows logo could also be slightly changed.
Users may go to the event page and schedule the Microsoft Release Memorandum.
In his keynote speech on build 2021 Nadella said Windows Updates for the next generation is the most important of the last 10 years.
"In the last decade, we will be sharing the most significant Windows updates, offering developers and designers a greater economic chance. I host this myself over the past few months, and I'm incredibly excited about the next Windows generation, "Nadella said.
'This promise is that today we will provide more opportunities for every Windows developer and welcome every developer who wants to create and distribute the newest open, most innovative platform.'
Other features of the next generation of Windows include new system icons, the end of windows icons and more besides the significant changes in the UI and new monetisation opportunities for developers.
