Realme 8 5G is scheduled to be released on April 21, the company announced on its Facebook page. The brand's new smartphone will be an updated version of Realme 8, which was launched in India last month.
They have the "Dare to Leap" logo on the back of the video. However, some images leaked recently indicate a slogan on the back of the phone.
The phone has a triple rear camera setup with a 48-megapixel main sensor in the rectangular camera module on the back, while the Realme 8 has a quad rear camera with a 64-megapixel primary sensor.
There are rumors that Realme 8 5G is the renamed Realme V13 5G, which debuted in China with Realme GT Neo last month.
The Realme 8 5G has a 5000 mAh battery, just like the Realme V13 5G recommended on the US FCC list.
Realme V13 5G has a 6.5-inch Full HD+ screen with a refresh rate of 90 Hz, 180 touch samples, and a maximum brightness of 600 nits.
The phone is equipped with a triple camera with a 48-megapixel primary sensor and a 2-megapixel primary sensor. Megapixel macro sensor and 2-megapixel depth sensor.
The phone did not have the brand name Dare to Leap when it debuted. The phone can run on MediaTek Dimensity 700 processor and Realme UI 2.0 based on Android 11.
Realme is still teasing the release of the Realme 8 5G in India. However, it is not clear whether the Indian launch will take place before Thailand’s announcement on April 21.
